By playing Parwhistle you agree to these simple terms.

• Free to play. Parwhistle is provided free, “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We may change, pause or end the game at any time.
• Fair use. Don’t attack, overload, scrape at scale, or try to break the site.
• Sharing. You are welcome to share your results and screenshots.
• Word lists. Words come from public-domain lists (ENABLE and 12dicts by Alan Beale) with offensive words filtered out. If an inappropriate word slips through, it isn’t an endorsement; tell us and we’ll remove it.
• Independent. Parwhistle is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any newspaper, publisher or other word game. The word ladder puzzle itself is a classic, first published by Lewis Carroll in 1879.
• Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any damages from using the site.
• Changes. We may update these terms by posting a new version here.
